Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-3 years experience in server, cashier, line cook, prep cook, or customer service role
- ability to read and comprehend written instructions

- valid State or County Food Handler Card
- understanding of quality guest service importance
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provides excellent customer service before, during, and after taking orders
- greets guests upon arrival and thanks guests when leaving
- maintains a clean dining room, patio, and parking lot
- works the drive-thru window and phone orders
- packages, checks, and delivers accurate orders
- ensures order accuracy for dine-in, to-go, and drive-thru
- maintains stock and cleanliness of work areas
- follows posted work schedules
- processes payments accurately
- ensures sales are processed according to policy
- informs management of discrepancies
- counts and verifies cash drawer
- protects product safety standards
- notifies management of food safety risks
- attends food safety training
- adheres to food safety procedures
- reports guest accidents or injuries
- protects assets
- practices safe work habits
- reads and follows safety data sheets instructions
