Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 16 years
  • ability to stand for up to 4 hours continuously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0-3 years experience in server, cashier, line cook, prep cook, or customer service role
  • ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • effective spoken and written English communication
  • valid State or County Food Handler Card
  • understanding of quality guest service importance
  • basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Provides excellent customer service before, during, and after taking orders
  • greets guests upon arrival and thanks guests when leaving
  • maintains a clean dining room, patio, and parking lot
  • works the drive-thru window and phone orders
  • packages, checks, and delivers accurate orders
  • ensures order accuracy for dine-in, to-go, and drive-thru
  • maintains stock and cleanliness of work areas
  • follows posted work schedules
  • processes payments accurately
  • ensures sales are processed according to policy
  • informs management of discrepancies
  • counts and verifies cash drawer
  • protects product safety standards
  • notifies management of food safety risks
  • attends food safety training
  • adheres to food safety procedures
  • reports guest accidents or injuries
  • protects assets
  • practices safe work habits
  • reads and follows safety data sheets instructions
