Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work at least one closing shift per week

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members
- Serve food and beverages
- Pre bus all tables
- Practice safe alcohol service
- Thoroughly clean and set tables for the next guests
- Prepare and deliver the bill to customers, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience
- Skillfully upsell menu items and promote daily specials to boost sales
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned or requested
