Job Duties
- Report to work on time and maintain proper uniform and hygiene
- Exemplify hospitality standards and respond to guest inquiries and complaints
- Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist with duties and provide constructive suggestions
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report unsafe conditions
- Know and adhere to emergency procedures
- Perform all duties in accordance with associate handbook standards
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of food, wine, and liquor
