Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and maintain proper uniform and hygiene
  • Exemplify hospitality standards and respond to guest inquiries and complaints
  • Cooperate with management and coworkers to assist with duties and provide constructive suggestions
  • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report unsafe conditions
  • Know and adhere to emergency procedures
  • Perform all duties in accordance with associate handbook standards
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of food, wine, and liquor
