Job Description

The position of Server is an essential role within the hospitality sector, specifically in the restaurant and catering industry. This role is being offered by an establishment that upholds a high standard of guest service, promoting a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels respected and valued. The company places great emphasis on employee integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, ensuring that each staff member contributes positively to the overall dining experience. With a strong focus on respect, dependability, honesty, and professionalism, the company is committed to cultivating a work culture that supports growth, accountability, and excellent guest interactions. Suitable candidates will find an inclusive environment that appreciates cultural diversity and multilingual skills, making it an engaging place to work for individuals looking to thrive in a dynamic service-oriented setting.

The Server role primarily focuses on greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor. You will be responsible for taking guest orders accurately and delivering food and beverages efficiently, ensuring the highest quality of guest service at every touchpoint. The role demands collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Part of the job is anticipating guest needs, such as suggesting specials and menu highlights, to enhance the dining experience. Also, operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensuring all payments are processed correctly will be key responsibilities. The Server maintains a clean and organized workspace and skillfully manages multiple priorities even during busy periods. The company prefers candidates who hold or can obtain a New Mexico liquor server’s license and Food Handler’s Card within the first 90 days of employment. Candidates from diverse backgrounds, especially those familiar with Santa Ana tribal culture, will find a welcoming environment here.

The Server must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, uphold company dress codes, and be ready to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Dependability is essential—attendance and punctuality are core expectations. The role requires the ability to use a smartphone capable of managing company applications and communications effectively, with options for payroll deduction if the company device is provided. Maintaining confidentiality, good judgment, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team are crucial mental functions for success in this job. Physically, the role demands standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting heavy items safely. The work environment is indoors, climate-controlled, and non-smoking.

This job offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant team focused on creating memorable guest experiences within a respected company culture that values integrity and professionalism. Candidates will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s commitment to excellent service and community respect.
