Job Requirements
- Preference given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- high school diploma or GED required
- obtain New Mexico liquor server’s license
- obtain Food Handler’s Card within 90 days of hire
- excellent guest service skills
- good interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- professional appearance
- comply with approved company dress code
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- bilingual and multicultural experience preferred
- possess excellent interpersonal skills
- use a smartphone capable of running company applications
- able to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license

Job Duties
- Greet the guest with a positive and professional attitude
- anticipate guest needs and offer knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials
- take and deliver orders quickly and accurately
- operate POS and properly settle all payment transactions
- upsell products knowledgably for guest satisfaction
- issue receipts and ensure all paperwork is correctly signed and filed
- maintain a positive attitude during business regardless of volume
- keep a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace throughout each shift
- handle multiple responsibilities and priorities on an ongoing basis
- perform other duties as assigned
