Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder
- New Mexico liquor server’s license and a Food Handlers Card
- legible handwriting is a must
- must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
- must be able to work well in fast paced, customer-oriented environment
- physical ability to safely perform essential job functions
- must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- a smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
Job Qualifications
- Prior food service experience preferred
- basic knowledge of banquet items and proper placement procedures
- professional appearance
- bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
Job Duties
- Acknowledges and responds to customers promptly
- delivers food and beverages to guest's table
- may be required to provide buffet style service
- monitors food quality, reporting variances to the banquet captain
- returns to each assigned table regularly to determine the customer’s additional needs
- ensures that banquet facilities are orderly and clean
- provides fast, friendly service to customers
