Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- High school diploma or GED required
- Obtain a New Mexico liquor server’s license within 90 days of hire
- Obtain a Food Handlers Card within 90 days of hire
- Excellent guest service skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Some sports knowledge is helpful
- Own or be provided with a smartphone capable of running company applications
- Proficient use of a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Anticipate guest needs and provide knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials
- Take and deliver orders quickly and accurately
- Operate POS and properly settle payment transactions
- Upsell products to enhance guest satisfaction
- Issue receipts and ensure paperwork is signed and filed
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace throughout each shift
