Job Requirements

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Obtain a New Mexico liquor server’s license within 90 days of hire
  • Obtain a Food Handlers Card within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Some sports knowledge is helpful
  • Own or be provided with a smartphone capable of running company applications
  • Proficient use of a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials
  • Take and deliver orders quickly and accurately
  • Operate POS and properly settle payment transactions
  • Upsell products to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Issue receipts and ensure paperwork is signed and filed
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace throughout each shift
