Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar server or customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and interact with guests positively
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly and professional customer service to restaurant guests, staff and culinary production team
- Greet and make welcome each guest seated in any assigned station
- Guide guests through all phases of dining including order taking, order delivery, maintaining tables, and finalizing checks
- Deliver prepared food to the appropriate guest within two minutes of completed production of order
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas in accordance with established health and safety standards
