Position Description

Toastique Team Members are responsible for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. This role combines front-of-house service with hands-on food preparation in a fast-moving café setting.

Core Duties

• Take customer orders and process transactions
• Confirm order accuracy and guest preferences
• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts efficiently
• Answer phones and route inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, tables, and bathrooms
• Restock disposables and merchandise
