Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years previous serving experience in high-volume Mexican or Latin cuisine and/or hotel environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Preferably two years previous serving experience in high-volume Mexican or Latin cuisine and/or hotel environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables
- Presenting menus, providing recommendations, and taking accurate orders from guests
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, adhering to established serving standards
- Performing tableside food presentation for special food and beverage offerings
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
