Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, focusing on creating a unique, personalized experience for everyone you serve
- Responsible for accurately presenting and selling food and beverage selections
- Manage all table service duties within your assigned dining room section of the restaurant, ensuring prompt and accurate order delivery and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
