Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of service and safety standards
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies and legal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) plus year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Customer centric approach
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Knowledge of SERV Safe Alcohol and Food standards
  • Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local alcohol laws
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Create a sense of community with guests
  • Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggest items
  • Set-up, maintain, and operate the dining and bar area
  • Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
  • Resolve guest complaints, investigate problems, and identify solutions
  • Adhere to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies
  • Develop strong working relationships within the team
