  • 2-3 years experience as a server in an upscale restaurant
  • passion for hospitality
  • strong communication skills
  • proficient in English
  • team player
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • strong work ethic
  • desire to grow and learn
  • knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • experience with POS systems
  • ability to obtain certifications
  • minimum age of 18
  • ability to carry trays and multiple plates
  • sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • capable of standing or walking for up to 10 hours
