- 2-3 years experience as a server in an upscale restaurant
- passion for hospitality
- strong communication skills

- knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- experience with POS systems
- ability to obtain certifications
- minimum age of 18
- ability to carry trays and multiple plates
- sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- capable of standing or walking for up to 10 hours
