Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in nightlife, upscale lounge, resort, or luxury hospitality
  • Confident sales presence and clear professional communication
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Calm under pressure with a strong team mindset
  • Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Meets age requirements for alcohol service
  • Completes ABC responsible beverage training after hire

Job Duties

  • Welcome within one minute of seating
  • Confirm minimums, package details, pacing, and payment method in pre-shift
  • Present the menu story with two tailored recommendations and a clear upsell path
  • Ensure the table is set to standard with mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, waters
  • Execute bottle presentations and parade team, following all safety rules
  • Perform two minute and five minute quality checks, then steady touch points every ten to fifteen minutes
  • Provide proactive reorder cues based on table pace and guest preference
  • Conduct pre-close check in, review of charges, and final order
  • Deliver accurate bill, secure payment, warm farewell, and invite to return
  • Help management track comps and promo codes, collect deposits, and follow cash handling and credit card standards
  • Monitor service of alcohol, guest behavior, and capacity limits
  • escalate concerns to management or security
  • Ensure the preparation and maintenance of mixers, garnishes, tools, and clean table setups throughout service
  • Care for costumes and props camera ready to match the theme
  • Complete side work, restock, and equipment checks before and after service
