Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience necessary as paid training is provided
- ability to communicate effectively in english
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- pass criminal background check

Job Duties
- assisting in the preparation of some menu items
- serving and/or delivering meals to residents in a prompt and courteous manner
- cleaning the kitchen and resident dining rooms
- maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and team members
- adhering to all food safety and health regulations
- collaborating with kitchen and caregiving staff to ensure smooth service operations
- participating in ongoing training sessions to improve service quality
