Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift light to moderate weights
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
- Willingness to participate in paid training programs
- Commitment to providing high-quality service with a caring attitude
Job Qualifications
- English language required
- Food Handlers Card preferred
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Assisting in the preparation of some menu items
- Serving and/or delivering meals to residents in a prompt and courteous manner
- Cleaning the kitchen and resident dining rooms
- Interacting with residents to ensure satisfaction and comfort
- Following food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborating with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining a neat and organized workspace
