Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • two years of serving experience and/or relevant training
  • willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • capability to operate food service equipment and computerized registers
  • good communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • minimum of 18 years of age
  • two years of serving experience and/or training preferred
  • certification in ServSafe may be required depending on the location
  • ability to stand for long periods and walk distances
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Interacting with customers to provide outstanding service
  • setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area
  • preparing and serving food items efficiently
  • restocking food areas as needed
  • cleaning and sanitizing equipment such as beverage machines and toasters
  • operating cash registers and computerized payment systems accurately
  • following established procedures for order taking, placing, and delivery
  • handling credit card and cash transactions responsibly
  • serving catered parties and events
  • adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • practicing tray service during food and beverage delivery
  • answering customer questions and offering menu item suggestions
  • working independently when required
  • incorporating safe work practices consistently
  • performing additional duties as assigned
