Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 18 years
- two years of serving experience and/or relevant training
- willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- capability to operate food service equipment and computerized registers
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- minimum of 18 years of age
- two years of serving experience and/or training preferred
- certification in ServSafe may be required depending on the location
- ability to stand for long periods and walk distances
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Interacting with customers to provide outstanding service
- setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area
- preparing and serving food items efficiently
- restocking food areas as needed
- cleaning and sanitizing equipment such as beverage machines and toasters
- operating cash registers and computerized payment systems accurately
- following established procedures for order taking, placing, and delivery
- handling credit card and cash transactions responsibly
- serving catered parties and events
- adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- practicing tray service during food and beverage delivery
- answering customer questions and offering menu item suggestions
- working independently when required
- incorporating safe work practices consistently
- performing additional duties as assigned
