Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree preferred
- minimum of 18 years of age
- two years serving experience and/or training preferred
- may need to obtain ServSafe certification within a designated time frame depending on hire location
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand most of the day and walk far distances
- excellent communication skills
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

- understanding of food safety and sanitation processes
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service
- set up and maintain clean and sanitized serving areas
- prepare and serve food items accurately
- restock food areas and supplies
- clean and sanitize equipment such as beverage machines and toasters
- operate cash registers and computerized payment systems
- handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
- serve catered parties with professionalism
- follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, and food delivery
- answer questions regarding menu items and suggest options
- practice tray service for food and beverages
- follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- work independently when necessary
- adhere to safe work practices
- be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- perform other related duties as assigned
