Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
reliable means of transportation

Job Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and communicate with residents, families, and employees

Job Duties

Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently for restaurant style service
handle all service ware correctly
provide accurate information about meals including suggestions and answering questions
observe diners to fulfill additional requests and monitor meal completion
remove dishes during and after meals while ensuring sanitation standards
wash and set up tables according to etiquette including linen, silverware, and glassware
check cleanliness of chairs and condiments
restock supplies prior to meal service
participate in hosting and serving cross training
complete side work before, during, and after meal service
clean and sanitize storage, refrigeration, equipment, utensils, and waste containers
check and participate in catering set-up, carry-through, and clean-up
