Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
- Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20-50 lbs), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
