Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • basic math skills able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer
  • legible handwriting
  • strong customer service and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. work authorization required

Job Qualifications

  • One year server experience preferred
  • familiarity with MICROS and Square POS systems helpful
  • strong customer service and verbal communication skills
  • ability to handle money and perform basic math
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under busy conditions

Job Duties

  • Take customers' food and beverage orders
  • assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
  • maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area to have a clean, presentable and attractive facility and to satisfy state and local health board requirements
  • receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment to safeguard customer and company
  • respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information to provide quality customer service
  • present a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • have fun at work
  • leave baggage at the door
