Job Requirements

U.S. work authorization required
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
One year server experience preferred
Basic math skills required
Strong customer service and oral communication skills
Legible handwriting

Basic math skills required, including addition and subtraction
Strong customer service and oral communication skills
Legible handwriting
Wine experience and/or certification preferred
Experience with MICROS and Square POS systems a plus
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

Take customers' food and beverage orders
Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait station and kitchen service area to satisfy health board requirements
