Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21 in some states) to serve alcohol
- Obtain any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handler permit where required
- Complete Safe Alcohol Service training
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Possess energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Provide excellent guest service
- Demonstrate accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and reach
- Able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels
- Able to work standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proof of age for alcohol service
- Completion of basic food handling training
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and correct ticket distribution
- Verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
- Consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- Adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- Monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
