Job Requirements
- Proof of age (18 or 21 depending on state regulations)
- completion of basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification or permit
- completion of safe alcohol service training program
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude
- excellent guest service skills
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- effective verbal and written communication in English
- ability to work in a team environment and independently
- ability to follow direction

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including maintaining proper cash balance and reporting concerns to management
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years old for alcohol transactions
- ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
