Job Requirements
- Proof of age for serving, pouring, or mixing alcoholic beverages (usually 18 or 21 depending on state)
- Basic food handling training and any required certification or permits
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Energetic and friendly attitude
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Ability to respond with urgency
Job Qualifications
- Proof of age for serving alcohol as required by law
- Completion of basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Excellent guest service skills
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and in a team

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance, distributing correct tickets or inventory, logging off when away from register, and reporting concerns to management
- Verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
- Consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
