Job Requirements
- proof of age as required by law for alcohol service
- completion of basic food handling training
- completion of safe alcohol service training program
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude
- excellent guest service skills
- accurate cash handling
- interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work in a team and independently
- ability to take and follow directions
- able to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods

- compliance with personal protective equipment use

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- basic math skills and accurate cash handling abilities
- ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- must be able to take and follow direction
- ability to converse in and comprehend English
- positive and energetic attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
Job Duties
- greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including cash handling and ticket distribution
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues such as trip hazards and suspicious persons and report to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
