Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol service protocols
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members of diverse backgrounds
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • teamwork and independence in job duties
  • ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments
  • willingness to learn and cross-train in different theater roles

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
  • possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
  • accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
  • responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and reporting concerns to management
  • verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
  • ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
  • consistently use suggestive selling techniques
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
  • consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
  • properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
  • adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
  • monitor safety and security issues and report to management
  • perform other work-related duties as assigned
