Job Requirements
- Proof of age for alcohol service
- completion of basic food handling training and required certifications
- completion of safe alcohol service training program
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol service protocols

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- teamwork and independence in job duties
- ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments
- willingness to learn and cross-train in different theater roles
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and reporting concerns to management
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
