Job Requirements
- Proof of age, associates serving or pouring alcoholic beverages must be at least 18 or 21 depending on state laws
- complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification
- complete safe alcohol service training program
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- provide excellent guest service
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with all ages and personalities

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic food handling training or certification
- ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- strong customer service skills
- experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment is an asset

- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to follow directions and respond with urgency
- friendly and energetic attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and ticket distribution
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
