Job Requirements

Proof of age appropriate for alcohol service
Completion of basic food handling training and mandated certifications
Ability to complete Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol
Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Regular and consistent attendance
Energetic and friendly demeanor each shift
Excellent guest service skills
Basic math and cash handling ability
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Capable of working independently and in a team setting
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Responsiveness with urgency

Job Qualifications

Proof of age for serving alcoholic beverages (must be 18 or 21 depending on state)
Completion of basic food handling training or local/state mandated certification
Successful completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program for those working with alcohol
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent guest service skills with an energetic and friendly attitude
Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in English
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to take and follow directions
Sense of urgency in responding to guest and operational needs

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
Accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance, ticket distribution, and reporting concerns to a manager
Verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
Consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high-contact areas
Properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
