Job Requirements

Proof of age
Completes basic food handling training and any required certifications
Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Regular and consistent attendance
Energetic and friendly attitude
Excellent guest service skills
Basic math and cash handling proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow directions
Physical ability to bend kneel lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Knowledge of alcohol service laws and safe alcohol service practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to maintain a friendly and energetic attitude throughout the shift

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
Accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register
Verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
