Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol, or 21 in compliance with state laws
- Must have completed required local or state food handlers permit or health card where applicable
- Required to complete Safe Alcohol Service training
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven regular and consistent attendance
- Demonstrates energetic and friendly attitude during shifts
- Provides excellent guest service
- Capable of accurate cash handling and basic math
- Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills in English
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to follow directions accurately
- Responds promptly and with urgency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in moderate to high noise levels

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance, distributing correct tickets or inventory, logging off when away from register, reporting concerns to management
- Verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- Consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
