Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and attentive service consistently
- Understanding of customer service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to comply with company policies and procedures
