Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card or Food Handlers Permit
- Possess an Alcohol Service Permit Class 12
- Minimum one year experience in bartending
- Bartending school or equivalent training preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III B gaming license
- Hold and maintain a valid Washington State Health Card or Food Handlers Permit
- Possess an Alcohol Service Permit Class 12
- Have at least one year of bartending experience
- Bartending school or equivalent training preferred
- Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
- Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
- Understanding of health and safety standards and regulations
- Skilled in basic math
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Exemplify Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and deliver excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Prepare and maintain a detailed table before, during, and after guests are served
- Take orders and present food to guests
- Help guests select food and beverage items by explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering questions about food preparation
- Keep the wait station area clean and restocked
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Complete specific daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Provide excellent guest service by ensuring a positive dining experience
- Conclude dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and promote positive team member relations
- Report issues to appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
