Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required
- 1 year experience in bartending
- Bartending school or equivalent training preferred

- Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness
- Knowledge of P.O.S. systems
- Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required
- Skilled in basic math
- Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to interact with guests, co-workers, management, and vendors in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse, write and read English fluently
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served
- Take orders and present food to guests
- Help guests select food and beverage items by explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions
- Keep wait station area clean and restocked
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties
- Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience
- Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return
- Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment
- promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel
- Other duties as assigned
