Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- hold and maintain a valid Washington State Health Card or Food Handlers Permit
- possess Alcohol Service Permit Class 12
- one year experience in bartending
- bartending school or equivalent training preferred
- must be 21 years or older

- minimum of one year experience in bartending
- preferred bartending school or equivalent training
- knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wine
- understanding of alcohol safety awareness
- proficiency with P.O.S. systems
- familiarity with BERG liquor dispensing system
- knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- skilled in basic math
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- ability to interact positively with guests, co-workers, management, and vendors
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR's values and demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism
- practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- prepare and maintain detailed tables before, during, and after guests are served
- take orders and present food to guests
- help guests select food and beverage items by explaining specials and answering questions
- keep wait station area clean and restocked
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- complete specific daily and weekly cleaning duties
- provide excellent guest service for a positive dining experience
- conclude dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return
- create and maintain a positive work environment and promote positive team member relations
- report issues to appropriate personnel
- perform other duties as assigned
