Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work at both Phoenix and Scottsdale locations is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food service and POS systems is helpful

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately using Toast POS
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar
- Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and restaurant policies
