Job Requirements
- Must be at least legal age to serve alcohol where applicable
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy and popular environment

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share Topgolf's offerings
- Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options to enhance experience and drive sales
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service including taking orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Maintain a strong presence on the T-line and collaborate with fellow playmakers for seamless service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
