Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prior experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to players’ visits
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations and take orders accurately
- Maintain clean and organized bay areas by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Collaborate with fellow playmakers to deliver an exceptional player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Represent and live Topgolf’s core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
