Job Requirements
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Experience serving food and beverages in restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to perform active tasks and maintain endurance during long shifts

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share all Topgolf has to offer
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to players' visits
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations and take orders accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable experience from setup to resolving concerns
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
