Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout shift

- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular and fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to players' visits to enhance their experience and drive sales
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Stick to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment
