Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for most shifts
- Ability to perform active tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share cool offerings
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to player visits
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Maintain a strong team presence and assist fellow Playmakers
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
