Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to be on feet for extended periods
- Capacity to perform various physical tasks including bending and stooping
- Availability to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or entertainment industry is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team
- Positive attitude with a passion for engaging with people
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform active tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math and cash handling skills are advantageous but not required
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
Job Duties
- Engage with players and team members to create a fun and welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure memorable experiences
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Support daily operations by performing various active and endurance-demanding activities
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-volume working environment
- Contribute to team success by promoting a positive and playful atmosphere
