Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience as a server or bartender
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
legal authorization to work in the United States
ability to stand for extended periods
strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

prior experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting
knowledge of Indian cuisine and cocktail preparation preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
customer service oriented
team player with a positive attitude
food handler's permit or certification preferred

Job Duties

greet and seat customers
take food and beverage orders accurately
prepare and serve signature cocktails and other drinks
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
process payments and operate the POS system
collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
