Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Age 21 or older
- Must be able to work weekends
- Can work behind the bar or serve or capable of doing both
- Must have valid liquor license

Job Duties
- Understand our guest obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions
- Build a friendly rapport with guests and ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and anticipating guest needs
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and sanitary bar and table area, including bar stools, high tops, and surrounding floors
- Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Understanding teams playing daily is helpful
- Helping other employees in times of need
