Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum two years of serving experience preferred
- Food safety certification required
- Responsible beverage service certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to handle physical demands such as frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work varied schedules including evenings, holidays, and extended hours
- Must adhere to all relevant state and local alcohol service laws and club policies
- Must maintain punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of previous serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of order on arrival menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, garnishes and wine list
- Assures compliance with all state and local laws and club policies for alcoholic beverage service
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English speaking and basic writing
- Food safety certification
- Responsible beverage service certification (RBS)
Job Duties
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from members and guests and input into POS system without errors or collecting signatures on guest checks
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standard
- Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling member and guests needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses
- Assist with special events as needed
- Communicate products and services available at the club
- Assist bussers with stocking and maintaining par stock levels and side station
- Ensure assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving members, prepare purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
