Job Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
  • Never work while clocked out
  • Must clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by collaborating with team members
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
  • Keep workspaces spotless and well-organized
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Always greet every guest happily while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
  • Prepare accurate handover reports for shift-to-shift communication
  • Wear clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
  • Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests
  • Describe food and beverage options clearly and correctly
  • Deliver hot-to-order items from kitchen to tables
  • Input orders accurately into computer and process payments
  • Prepare coffee and specialized drinks
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
  • Observe diners and respond to requests
  • Complete daily inventory prep and related side work
  • Escort guests to tables when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surroundings
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
