Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Never work while clocked out
- Must clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by collaborating with team members
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep workspaces spotless and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet every guest happily while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Prepare accurate handover reports for shift-to-shift communication
- Wear clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests
- Describe food and beverage options clearly and correctly
- Deliver hot-to-order items from kitchen to tables
- Input orders accurately into computer and process payments
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
- Observe diners and respond to requests
- Complete daily inventory prep and related side work
- Escort guests to tables when necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surroundings
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
