Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support hotel events and groups
- Demonstrate understanding of relevant technology and phone etiquette
- Maintain spotless and organized workspaces
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces
- Greet guests while cleaning with friendliness
- Complete operational checklists accurately each shift
- Provide accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and smile
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver hot orders promptly
- Input orders and secure payments with POS system
- Prepare coffee and specialized drinks
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Observe and respond to guest requests
- Complete daily inventory and side work
- Maintain menu knowledge
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure food safety and handling compliance
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- Demonstrate hotel hours and amenities knowledge
