Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and event overtime
  • Must be proactive and service-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a barista role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and polished demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Prepare, present, and serve premium coffee, tea, and beverages for meetings, broker presentations, sales gallery tours, and events
  • Greet guests, brokers, and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Support the setup and execution of broker presentations, meetings, and special events in coordination with the Sales Center Manager
  • Set up food and beverage stations and replenish refreshments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchenette and conference room
  • Clear and reset spaces after meetings to ensure a polished environment
  • Monitor and restock kitchen essentials including water, ice, coffee, tea, snacks, and disposables
  • Refill daily water bottles for sales and corporate teams
  • Track inventory levels and notify the Sales Center Manager when supplies need reordering
  • Assist with placing food and beverage orders and upload receipts for expense tracking
  • Ensure coffee machines and beverage stations are cleaned and in working order daily
  • Wash, dry, and restock dishes and glassware
  • Bus, dust, and maintain cleanliness in conference rooms and offices
