Job Requirements
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to carry a tray for plated food service
- understand state and local serving guidelines
- arrive timely and well groomed
- listen to instruction well
- able to work at least one shift every 30 days
- comply with hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to carry a tray for plated food service
- experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service
- previous hotel banquet serving experience preferred
- professional communication, presentation, and service etiquette
- 3+ years of serving experience
- ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Duties
- transport banquet plated meals
- ensure banquet buffets are properly filled and cleaned
- bus plates, cups, glasses and silverware
- roll silverware
- remove trash as needed
- arrive timely and well groomed
- listen to instruction well
