Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality and reliability in clocking in and out
- Ability to provide friendly service with a smile
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

- Punctuality in arriving, clocking in/out for shifts and breaks

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel features, facilities, and amenities
- Support and be aware of all group events and hotel activities
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Ensure all workspaces, front and back of house, are kept clean and organized
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests happily by name while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on designated times
- Submit shift handover reports promptly and accurately
- Wear clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed, and wear a nametag with a smile
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food and beverage service
- Take food and beverage orders and input them accurately into POS system
- Prepare specialty drinks including coffee as a barista
- Deliver hot food items to tables quickly
- Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
- Observe diners and respond to requests promptly
- Complete daily inventory prep sheets and other side work
- Escort guests to tables as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
